The university has implemented a system of mandatory annual training for faculty and administrative staff, focusing on the social aspects of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Through the Open KazNU platform, employees complete specialized online courses supplemented by practical seminars, inclusive education workshops, and international symposia organized by relevant faculties. This initiative is designed to enhance staff expertise in ethics, social justice, and sustainable management, ensuring the integration of global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the university’s educational processes and daily operations.
