Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has signed a memorandum with Jiangsu Xuebao Robotics Technology Co. about the creation of the Huibo Digital and Intellectual Workshop.

The bilateral agreement was reached at the second meeting of the Business Council within the framework of the II Central Asia–China Summit.

The workshop is being created as part of strengthening cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the field of applied technologies, vocational education and scientific and technical partnership, as well as in order to implement the international initiative "Belt and Road".

This is an infrastructural educational project aimed at developing the applied and digital competencies of students, teachers and scientists.

In addition, it will contribute to the development of engineering education, the training of qualified specialists for the industrial sector, improving the competitiveness of young students and the qualifications of teachers.

Training courses in robotics, intelligent manufacturing, digital technologies and other related disciplines will be held here.

Online and offline lectures, seminars, and workshops will also be organized.

The parties will implement joint innovative projects and provide support to student startup projects within the framework of strengthening scientific partnership.

It is worth noting that the Huibo Digital and Intellectual Workshop will be launched on the basis of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
