The seminar "Development of educational programs based on the Atlas of new professions and competencies" has started at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The project is being implemented as part of an initiative to develop educational programs focused on promising professions and competencies formed in the context of educational transformation.

The purpose of the event is to develop practical approaches to the formation of educational programs that take into account modern challenges.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the faculty of KazNU, who were actively involved in the development and updating of curricula. Thus, they had the opportunity to become more familiar with the tools and methodologies underlying the Atlas of New Professions and Competencies, which helps to adapt educational tracks to the requirements of the future labor market.

Olzhas Sakenov, head of the «Мамандығым – болашағым» project, as well as Marina Skiba, an expert and developer of educational programs, take part in the seminar as a consultant and speaker.

The seminar focuses on the implementation of innovative educational programs that meet dynamically changing professional standards and the development of digital, environmental and interdisciplinary skills. This allows the university to act as a driver for the formation of the human resources potential of the new economy and sustainable development.

The seminar has become an important platform for sharing experiences, discussing challenges and developing common approaches to the formation of educational content, taking into account trends in the industries of the future.
