39 graduates were awarded red diplomas at the Faculty of History.

A special day was held at the History Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. 39 graduates were awarded diplomas with honors for their high academic performance. At the beginning of the solemn event, Acting Vice-Rector for Sustainable Social Development Zhuldyz Yesimova read out a congratulatory letter on behalf of Chairman of the Board-Rector of KazNU, Zhanseit Tuimebayev.

After that, the Dean of the Faculty of History, Doctor of Historical Sciences Dosbol Baygunakov delivered parting words and expressed gratitude to the graduates who actively participated in research and showed the best results. He wished them good luck and high achievements in their professional activities.

 

On behalf of the student youth, the student dean of the Faculty of the 2024-2025 academic year, graduate of the educational program "Museum Business and Monument Protection" Nazerke Berikzy delivered a speech.

Uldai Zhapparova, the mother of Maral Adilet graduate student, spoke on behalf of the parents, thanking all the teachers and the university administration for their selfless work and knowledge.

In turn, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Ryskeldy Myrzabekov, as well as renowned Professor Kalysh Amanzhol were invited to the stage to present diplomas. They awarded diplomas to young specialists in the educational programs "Archeology", "Ethnology and Anthropology", "Museum business and monument protection".

During the ceremony, Head of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnology and Museology Rinat Zhumatayev expressed special gratitude to the students for their active participation, who contributed to the social, cultural and sports life of the faculty. Letters of appreciation were presented to 10 graduates. In total, 120 graduates have received diplomas: 71 of them are bachelor's degrees, 49 are master's degrees and 17 are doctoral students. There are also foreign students among the graduates: one from Uzbekistan has a bachelor's degree, one master's student from the Russian Federation, as well as a doctoral student from Tanzania.
